Finally!

Was having problem with my blog for the past few weeks :( Luckily got it resolved and i'm back again! haha! Hmm so just bear with me as i will back track abit :p

19~25 Mar

It's the 'visiting season' again at Indium as 5 colleagues from The States came on Monday (19 Mar). As usual, being a good host, we brought them for dinner during the 1st night. Guess where? EQUINOX! The place that i longed to go since last year! keke Wish granted isn't it *winks* That's one of the plus point of being in the Sales team at Indium LOL Equinox didn't fail my expectation as it's simply stunning....no words can really describe my feeling when i stood at the tallest building in S'pore. Especially when night falls, the view is soooooo "WOW".......Too bad i didn't bring along my camera (forget about my 1 megapixel hp camera :s)! Be it a chill out session up there or a dinner, the place is worth the $$$. Impressive spread (dessert is a MUST try so leave some space for that!), fantastic birds eye view, nice ambience and overall ~ BRILLANT.

That's not all, we went to Shangri La's The Line ("Mother of all buffets") on Thursday (22 Mar). A recommended place if you can eat alot since it's not cheap either keke! But if you just wish to settle for Ala-carte, i suggest you go elsewhere as their buffet is much more worth the $$$. Overall, attentive service, wide varieties of food again and cool ambience :p

Oh yah, all is not lost to good food. We did some healthy activities on sat (24 Mar)! haha! Beach Volleyball, Frisbee and snooker at Siloso Beach :) Reached Sentosa at 9.15am and was being coached by my pro colleagues on volleyball haha! 1st timer *bleah* Played for an hour plus before proceeding to Frisbee. A so-so game as it was easy....haha! Starts to love beach volleyball already even though i have a few bruises on my hands :p Had a quick lunch and played snooker at Bikinis Bar. Yeah, young waitresses in bikinis :p

26~31 Mar

This week wasn't really eventful as i rejected colleagues twice on going to St James as i'm not so much of a clubber. However, met up with the gals yesterday at Little Bali (opposite PSA building) for dinner. Romantic place (dimly lighted), relaxing atmosphere (retro, jazz & latin music) and not a bad place for drinking & chit chat sessions.

Gonna meet up with a long lost friend from New Zealand tmr. We knew each other for years but no chance to meet up. Hopefully things will turn out well as i really hate 'silent moments' haha!

How true is it?

Your life is represented by the STARS of power and always the focus of attention, but people think you are sometimes unapproachable. You like wise and trustworthy people. You are smart, enthusiastic, well-behaved and a quick learner, however your enthusiasm usually doesn't last long. (quite true for the last sentence...i mean the enthusiasm part, not the smart part :p)

Your characteristics, subconscious, and behavior modes, according to your fate and destiny, are represented by the STARS, not only delicate, yet with femininity. There are many stars in the sky, but not as bright as the sun and moon, so you do not like to show off. You do not like to make decisions and often wait for the opportunities to come to you. (another true sentence about not wanting to make decisions cos Pisces are indecisive keke :S)

You are born intelligent and clever, but cannot quite stick to what you do. You have short-lived enthusiasm, are interested in many things, but lack the determination and perseverance to carry it through. In addition, you show a very strong and obvious reaction between love and hate, and willing to sacrifice for one and totally block out the other. You like mature and dependable persons, dislike frivolous behavior, and admire people with artistic talent and those who can enrich your spirit. (hmmm......)

Your entire life is like the STARS, stable, secure, and without uncertainties. You are most afraid to be covered by the dark cloud that reflects the down time of your life, during which you may be unappreciated, unaccepted, and face many unexpected obstacles. Although very painful, as long as you face these challenges, learn from others and do not complain or blame others, you will learn and grow, and then become the brightest star in the sky. (hopefully :p)

There is a background difference between you and your love partner, so it's not easy for him to really understand you. The things you care about he might think totally unimportant and vice versa, so you tend disagree easily over small things. (well, does ring a bell when i saw this part)

In romance, according to our analysis, men tend to fall in love with you at first sight but lack the confidence to go after you. If they dare win your heart, the romance heats up quickly, but you have many disagreements because you tend to have a temper and be in a higher social position. Generally speaking, you make quite a good first impression of you because you are capable and charming, but men may feel you are too high to reach. As a result you don't cherish or learn how to maintain a relationship. Therefore, if you are still waiting for a good romance, try to conceal your outer beauty in order to find more sincere and suitable lovers who aren't just attracted to your looks. Then true romance will come your way. (Really?!?! haha!)

In the journey of life, your romantic or marriage partner tends to be very different from you. You don't easily have a spark of love with any colleague, but do easily start a relationship with someone from a different background and environment. You are mutually attracted to your differences, but you have to overcome the wide gap together. Therefore, it's better to think twice about your ideal partner when it comes to marriage. If you are still waiting for romance, consider people around you who are unlikely candidates and they might be the possible one. As long as you sincerely give a little hint, the happiness is right beside you. (hint hint hint keke!)

Career Analysis: Most of your jobs, in any industry, require some creativity, communication and critical thinking ability.

Most of your jobs, in any industry, require some creativity, communication and critical thinking ability. For example, R&D, marketing, sales, etc. As long as you keep turning your ideas into action, your value in a company is irreplaceable. If you choose jobs that require critical thinking ability, your work will go smoothly (jobs that are labor intensive are not suitable). You tend, however, to think from only your own point of view, so you may lack a broader perspective for higher management. You should further strengthen your experience, and if you want to reach the next professional level, then you should be more understanding and considerate of other employees and communicate more, in order to improve your leadership ability.
