Home Alone "3"

"Independence Day" is just 4 days away for the Teo family and i pressume that the 3 of us are kind of excited but concurrently skeptical as it's gonna be the longest period of time that our parents will be away from home. Mixture of anxiety (no nagging for at least 8 days :p) yet a feeling of doubt (can we handle laundry, cooking, cleaning up, etc...........).

Gosh, i bet it'll be a tough time, for ME at least, but it's also high time that we experience what our dear Mum is doing EVERYDAY. Being a housewife isn't easy as both my sister and I did some planning for the menu and we ran out of ideas! Can't imagine how our Mum does it for 27 years....*Applause for u MUM! You're always the BEST*

An uneventful but speedy week

Nothing interesting happened so far this week and today is already Thursday....Haha! Which means, weekend is just around the corner :p Oh yeah!! Got to enjoy my weekend before the hectic week comes along again as this time i need to cover for my colleague who's flying off to Tianjin for training. Sheesh! Really hate it as it's just a 2 hours thingy yet she's leaving on Wed and back the following Mon! Shiok right? But Poor me....Think i'm gonna 'die' this time...Why? Simply because i could finish the day's work before heading home but not anymore now...Piling up...Well, *Good luck to me though* :s

Lazy Saturday

Had an enjoyable Fri night out with colleagues at Lau Pa Sat and coffee session at Boat quay's TCC. We tried to make it a point to arrange for dinner at least once a month for relationship bonding and i guess it's beneficial since work is already so taxing and there will be no time to really sit down and interact. Good time to know one another better yea :)

Dental appointment was cancelled due to dentist on medical leave today hence got to remind myself to arrange again...Probably needs to wait till the week after next since we are going P.Ubin next Sat :p hehe! Already looking forward to it as my last trip there was YEARS ago, during Poly days if i remembered correctly :s However, this time will be a much bigger group? haha! Goodie goodie :p
